We are a group of Adults with EGIDs (Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases) who have come together to support one another, raise awareness about our diseases and educate those who don’t understand. If we do not know the answers we will do our best to point you in the direction of the information you need or a doctor with a reputation for knowing EGIDs. Just remember that our opinions or recommendations are in no way a substitute for a doctor’s advice.

THE SUNSHINE PACKAGE FUND
Sunshine Packages are something that we collect donations for. Whenever a member is having a difficult time with their EGID or hospitalized/having surgery in regards to the EGID we try to send a package to bring sunshine to his/her life. Please feel free to donate if you would like to contribute to this fund. It is held by the Treasurer Candie Perry Looney.
It's totally voluntary. Any amount certainly helps. Most packages contain an estimated $25-30 worth of items. Items are silly or personal; something to make a person smile. Also, if you have a talent (crafts, art, etc.), feel free to ship Candie some items to place into the packages. Dum-Dums are always part of the packages and recently Unicorns, body tattoos, silver sharpies to draw your own silver lining has been popular. Feel free to ask any questions in regard to Sunshine Packages and the Sunshine Fund. (Candie is currently working on a Sunshine Package page with it's own PayPal address).
